It’s time for some Springtime Rejuvenation

- Replace soda, juice, and Frappuccinos with water, tea, and black coffee.
- Limit your desserts to 1 a day.
- Try eating slower (shoot for 20 minutes per meal/plate).

- Skip the fries every other meal.

Step 3: what about your skin?
